Orders are prepared for laboratory research customers and shipped with tracking when a carrier service is available. Shipping options and prices are shown at checkout and are calculated from the server quote.

Tracking

When an order ships, the tracking number and carrier link appear on the order status page and in the shipping notification.

Returns

Contact us before returning any material. Because these are laboratory research materials, opened or used products generally cannot be restocked. We will review damaged, incorrect, or transit-related issues case by case.
